FAQ
Answers to the most common questions about the app
Tap a question to open its answer.
-
How do I sign in to the app?
On the sign-in screen enter the database identifier, your login and your password. The administrator of your accounting system provides these details. If you have no access, contact the person responsible at your company.
-
How do I view the current indicators?
All the key business indicators are shown on the home screen: cash balance, cash receipts and payments, sales, accounts receivable and payable, stock balances. The data is pulled from your company's accounting system.
-
What period do the home screen indicators cover?
The home screen shows current figures: balances (cash, stock, receivables, payables) as of this moment, while receipts, payments and sales cover the current day.
-
How often is the data updated?
The data is loaded from the accounting system every time you open a screen. To refresh it manually, pull the screen down.
-
How do I view the breakdown of an indicator?
Tap the indicator card on the home screen. The breakdown opens, split by organisation and by financial store (bank accounts, cash desks).
-
How do I view the history of an indicator?
On the breakdown screen tap the chart icon in the top right corner. In “History” you can choose the grouping (by seconds, days, weeks, months or years) and the period, and view the data as a list or as a chart.
-
How do I switch between the list and the chart?
On the “History” screen use the “List / Chart” switch below the filters.
-
Why can an indicator be negative?
A negative value means a debt on the account — an overdraft in use, for example — or that payments exceeded receipts over the selected period. The data is shown exactly as it is recorded in the accounting system.
-
How do I change the app language?
Go to “Profile” → “Language” and pick the language you need from the list.
-
How do I set up notifications?
Go to “Profile” → “Notifications”. There you can turn every available notification type on or off.
-
The data is not showing or not updating. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, there may be no connection to the accounting system — contact your system administrator or write to us in the “Support” section.
-
How do I contact support?
In the “Support” section fill in the feedback form (choose a topic, describe your question and give your phone number) or write to us on Telegram using the button at the bottom of the screen.
